1. About these terms

blankybook.com (the "Site") is operated by BlankyBook ("BlankyBook", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are made for children, and purchases must be made by an adult.

3. Products

BlankyBook storybook blankets are 50 x 60 inch fleece blankets printed with an illustrated story. Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the printed fabric. Each blanket includes a "Scan to Watch" code that opens an animated version of the story on YouTube. The movie is a free bonus. It depends on YouTube being available, and we may update or replace the video at any time. Plush Buddies are soft toys made to match our stories. Please follow the age and care guidance on the label. Blankets are not intended for infants under 12 months or for use in a crib.

4. Prices, bundles and discounts

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Bundle savings apply automatically in your cart when you buy 2 or more storybook blankets. Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not combine with bundle savings. We may change prices, offers and products at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Personalization

If you add a name to the cover, you are responsible for the spelling you enter. Please do not enter names or text that you do not have the right to use or that are offensive. We may decline personalization text that we consider inappropriate.

7. Shipping, refunds and our guarantee

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 30-Night Sweet Dreams Guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All stories, characters, illustrations, videos, text, logos and designs on the Site and on our products belong to BlankyBook or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you allow us to use it to promote BlankyBook. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning.

10. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, interfere with its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, BlankyBook is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
